We operate very differently from that of many of today’s property investment clubs or property consortiums. These key differences are the reasons for our consistent success in seeing deals through.

Our Principle to Principle ‘PP’ Approach
When a deal is agreed between yourself and Ranson UK, we deal on a person to person basis. The deal structure will be setup on a one-one basis i.e. directly between you and us and not a one-many basis between you and many different buyers. If we are selling on to end buyers then your interest will never be compromised. Whilst most of the property that we take on is ultimately sold to end buyers, you will still only deal with one person in our company. At the same time we ourselves will coordinate exchanges with our buyers and commitment from our buyers. It’s much easier for you to deal with one person than deal with dozens of buyers.
