Our Proposition

Put simply, we act as a clearance house for your stock units in new build schemes. We buy the units from you and developers alike, and then ultimately we hold the stock or sell them onto some of our own private investors. We do not advertise for investors and our current investors are all experienced in investing through property and have purchased from us previously.
